The Role of Law in Corporate Human Rights Due Diligence
This series of articles is drawn from Angie Redecopp’s PhD work, completed through the University of Salford in Manchester, United Kingdom.
The Impact Business Law BHR (Business & Human Rights) Digest brings together articles and white papers relevant to Canadian companies and citizens that wish to further their efforts to reduce and ultimately eradicate forced labour and other human rights abuses in their supply chains. Most of the articles are written by Impact Business Law’s founder, Angie Redecopp, and others are submitted by guest writers. Most articles focus on business & human rights and supply chain human rights due diligence (HRDD), but some are on responsible business and ESGs more broadly. Also included in the BHR Digest are reviews & updates – reviews of other BHR articles and updates on (mostly) Canadian news in this area. Suggestions and comments welcome at email@example.com.
